Jorden Woods is PCG's Founder and President, and a Managing Partner with a focus on market entry strategy. Jorden is a successful Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur who has founded and led 3 IT-focused companies in the last decade. Jorden is also recognized as a pioneer and leading authority on enterprise-class global Internet/Web strategy, content and application globalization technology and cross cultural issues. He has helped companies to raise over $75 million in investment, with $48 million of this investment being for his own companies.

Radhika Iyengar-Emens is a Senior Consultant with a focus on strategic marketing, business strategy, and product launch strategy and execution. Radhika has over 15 years of experience in marketing and has worked at both Fortune 500 companies and startups. She has also co-founded two Silicon Valley startups and so has significant experience in the startup world. She has extensive international business experience and is multilingual in 8 languages. In addition, Radhika has an MBA from Chapman University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bryn Mawr College, and is a certified network engineer.
